HM OHG-P Pharmaceutical Grade Oxy-Hydrogen Generator is a high-effective Oxy-Hydrogen generator special designed for ampoule sealing and other pharmaceutical manufacturing. It relies on the water splitting principle in special technical condition to generate Hydrogen and Oxygen mixture. Hydrogen is high temperature fuel, and Oxygen can assist burning. After handling by safety system, they are automatically transported to the welding-cutting tool of ampoule filling & sealing machine to seal ampoule by burning.

Advantages for ampoule sealing:

HM OHG-P Pharmaceutical Grade Oxy-Hydrogen Generator produces pure and green environmental protection hydrogen-oxygen combustible gas, combustion flame nonpoisonous & non-corrosive, not only ensure liquid dosage clean and non-pollution, but also sealing can avoid happening air hole, bubble head, burnt head, visibility increase wiredrawing sealing qualified rate, and most important is that it make cleaning workshop no dust, complete accord with cGMP certification requirement.

Ampoule (liquid dosage) sealing standard required that the sealing strictly no gas leakage, top end need rounded smooth, without a curving head, cusp, bubble head, shrunken head and burnt head, most key of technological conditions is sealing flame. Blow is a table about comparison test data of a company’s coal/oxygen gas and Hydrogen-Oxygen mixture. The test term is: 2ml ampoule to be filled with 1.1ml drug, 6 batches each. Then account the burnt heads and waste products number to work out the wastage rate.  Working condition requirement:

1. Well ventilated, surrounding temperature is between 0-40;

2. The distance between the device and the drawing and sealing machine should be less than 50m.

3. Equipment room should be equipped by feed water pipe and outfall pipe.

4. Open fire should be prohibited in the equipment room, and the room should be equipped by carbon-dioxide and dry power fire exiting extinguishers.

Water supplying requirement:

 

Water conditions: Pure water .tap water.(Recommended to use pure water)

Power distribution request:

 

1. Independent power distribution equipment, capacity customization.

2. Lighting should adopt explosion-proof lamps in the equipment room.  High performance fluorescence lights are preferable.

3.   The conductor and cables should be well insulated and sealed.

 Pipe design requirement:

1.   The oxygen and hydrogen pipe should be made of stainless steel seamless pipes. There must be no leaking point.

2.   It is recommended to use welding process to connect the pipes.

3.    One device is for one drawing and sealing machine.

Distance between each pipe should be less than 50m. Any joining of the pipes is prohibited
