Semi-automatic Soft Bag Filling Machine
Soft bag I.V. solutions:
Fully close infusion package, avoiding second pollution possibility with air circumfluence;
Convenient for transport and infusion, no crash, save space;
Cost of PVC soft bag is much lower than other infusion package material.
Usage: manual feeding formed soft bag, automatic filling infusion liquid easily quantificationally controlled by PLC and touch screen, need not any change parts.
Suitable for: 5-9999ml PVC, non-PVC or other material soft bag.

Filling range is very big from 5-9999ml, easily quantificationally control with filling precision ± 2 %, need not any change parts.
Two working sides of machine with 3 filling heads every side, allow two separated liquid filling production line if special required(Optional).

Components and Functions:
Manual feed soft bag.
SIEMENS PLC and Two sides HMI touch screen control system, easily operation.
With Germany flow meter, accurate measurement liquid medicine flow of input.
Sanitary pneumatic Diaphragm valves control the capacity of filling liquid medicine.
Contact part is SUS316L, and connection parts are silicone tube, strict compliance with the EU cGMP requirements.
Three-way connect with liquid medicine solution input, from medicine-solution preparing system, for same liquid for both sides.
If two sides fill different liquid, it will adopt two quick opening interface. (Customer should definite the requirements on order ).
Liquid pressure: 0.15-0.30Mpa
Stainless steel workbench, can temporarily put the soft bag, catch leakage, keep dry and clean working environment.
Machines equipped with emergency stop switch and main power, good safety.
Both sides of touch screens are equipped with independent power switch separately, can achieve independent control according to production requirement.
